The Cosy Place is a self-contained cottage in Marlborough, Harare. You have the place to yourselves: lounge, dining room, kitchen, covered porch, lawn, and parking for two cars. Inside, a leather lounge with DSTV opens onto a glass-top dining table for six and a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge, and microwave. The bedrooms are dressed in white linen, with a tufted headboard and a wardrobe, and each bathroom has a glass walk-in shower. The cottage sleeps four.

A solar inverter covers the lights when the power drops, a solar geyser heats the water, and a private borehole keeps the taps running. Uncapped Wi-Fi, DSTV, and a washer and dryer are included.
